We are so programmed to just treat the sympton of an illness, condition or situation, whilst the symptons can be relieved they may not be cured.
Looking at the cause of the sympton can be so much more beneficial and have a positive long term effect. So instead of stating "I'm so stressed" try asking yourself "Why am I so stressed?" you can then start to look at the cause of your stress and look to make adjustments or changes which will relieve the stress and you'll feel so much better!
Seems so simple............It can be, give it a go!

work to live
The age old challenge we face, do we live to work or do we work to live? In the end it's all about getting the balance right and we want our work to enable us to live a contented lifestyle.
